We have submitted for both Listed and Full Planning Approval for this 5 unit development to an existing dwelling house within the Maryfield Conservation in Dundee. The house is a former manse and is Grade B Listed.
The house is large in size – too large now for the family living there – and so we have designed a layout that divides the house in to 5 units. In addition, within the garden ground we propose a contemporary two level house that it is intended to enhance “the setting of the Listed Building”.
