ALTERATIONS AND EXTENSION TO LISTED FARMHOUSE
The house itself takes on a U-shaped courtyard plan with all rooms looking out onto a central garden space with an additional smaller entrance courtyard. While the habitable rooms face north they all receive sunlight from a south-facing roof-light. Most of the internal garden elevations will be glazed. The south wall of the property is the boundary with the existing house’s reduced back garden and will be rendered to match the existing house as will the east elevation.
