HILLTOWN LEISURE PARK – PLANNING APPROVAL

Today we learned that our application for Planning Approval for the Hilltown Leisure Park has been Granted.The park will comprise 10-pin bowling, a kids’ play gym, indoor golf and amusements, and a bar and restaurant.We are delighted and I’m sure that this facility will be a success as well as helping to enhance the “new” Hilltown.

PLANNING APPROVAL GRANTED

At last night’s Dundee Council Planning Committee meeting our application for a new house in Broughty Ferry was supported and Approval was Granted.https://youtu.be/WvBwffvVfMoThe site currently accommodates a house that is in poor material condition and is uneconomical to repair. We are about to make an application for planning approval and listed building consent for the development of a formal mill in angus into luxury apartments.  As part of the application w ehave prepared rendered images for planning and also for selling and PR purposes.  They give a flavour of what it is that we want to achieve – a contemporary and luxurious environment within a traditional and old fashioned building.

APPLICATION FOR FULL AND LISTED BUILDING CONSENT, GRANGE LODGE, MONIFIETH
