Planning Approval won for House at Kames, Argyle and Bute

We have received formal notification from Argyle and Bute Council that we have won Planning Approval for this new house at Kames on the coast of the Kyles of Bute. Planning Application for Housing Development, Carnoustie.

We have submitted for Planning Approval a conversion of an existing large detached stone villa in to two separate flats.  The flats will comprise four and three bedrooms and will benefit from off street parking and garden ground.  

Practical Completion, St Andrews.

One of our St. Andrews projects is nearing Completion. The alterations included some significant internal remodelling and also extending out towards the established the garden ground to make the most of the daylight. We very much like the improvements and are delighted with the way it has turned out……but we may have to concede that our client’s choice of colours might have worked better than ours !

We have submitted this proposal for an additional 5 treatment rooms and Salt Spa to the existing MediSpa in Invergowrie, Dundee to PKC. We are about to make a new application for Planning Approval for this house in Dundee. The house sits on a conspicuous gap site and within the setting of an existing Listed Building. New house near Blairgowrie, Perthshire

We have submitted this design for a new dwelling in rural Perthshire to PKC for planning approval. The house comprises three “pavilions” linked together to appear to reduce the physical mass. The pavilions are finished with timber and zinc cladding to provide a contemporary appearance on a traditional form. Planning Approval Granted – house alteration, Little Turin, Angus.

Planning Approval came through from Angus Council this morning for this contemporary extension to a traditional stone villa. We submitted the application just before Christmas and in the intervening period there has been no contact from the Planning Department or any statutory consultee. Extension to Wellness Centre, Dundee
