ALTERATIONS AND EXTENSION TO BALENDOCH HOUSE, PERTHSHIRE.
We recently completed alterations and extension to Balendoch House, Perthshire.
The extension comprised additional family rooms and bedrooms, in addition to a private swimming pool. The House is Listed, so we had to work with Historic Environment Scotland to ensure the quality of design met with their approval.
